The EVO Mini 90-Gram Closed-Loop Extractor
The EVO Mini 90-gram closed-loop extractor delivers the same versatility and performance as our full-scale EVO systems, supporting both adsorbent filtration and solvent pre-chilling through its integrated color remediation column and sleeved recovery tank. Ideal for small-batch R&D or precision extraction, it enables testing of new biomass materials and filtration media recipes without requiring large volumes.
With the EVO Mini, you can experiment with hot or cold solvent, evaluate different media blends, and trial new biomass before scaling up to production runs.
Complete System Includes:
• Top-fill injection manifold with compound gauge
• Stainless steel butterfly valve with 1/4" MJIC connection
• 1.5" x 12" material column (90-gram capacity)
• 2x 100-micron Buna-N mesh gaskets
• Inline 1.5" x 3" color remediation column (30-gram media capacity)
• 5-micron and 1-micron sintered disk filter stack
• Collection base with compound gauge, 4" short sight glass, and 1/4" MJIC butterfly valve
Performance Features:
• Collection base accommodates 1.1 lbs of butane (5:1 solvent-to-biomass ratio)
• Compatible with Mini Evo sleeved recovery tank for dry ice chilling and hot water bath evaporation
